Dr. Elizabeth Kusi-Nsiah is a finance and development leader who guides EKN’s work in strategy, financial literacy, leadership, and organizational growth.
Dr. Elizabeth Kusi-Nsiah is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EKN Books & Consultancy Services, where she leads a team dedicated to empowering individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs, businesses, and communities through executive coaching, leadership development, financial literacy, strategic planning, and organizational transformation.
With more than 27 years of executive experience in accounting, finance, investment management, corporate governance, and strategic leadership, Dr. Kusi-Nsiah has built a distinguished career helping organizations improve performance, strengthen governance, manage risk, and achieve sustainable growth.
She also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Adventist Heritage Co-operative Fund Ltd., where she provides strategic leadership in financial planning, investment analysis, institutional governance, regulatory compliance, and organizational development. Her leadership has contributed significantly to strengthening institutional capacity and promoting long-term financial sustainability.
Dr. Kusi-Nsiah's educational and professional journey spans Ghana, the United States, Israel, and Zambia, providing her with a unique global perspective and a deep understanding of leadership, finance, and organizational excellence. Prior to returning to Ghana in 2011, she served as an Internal Auditor with American Lighting Industry Inc. in California and later as a Senior Financial Analyst with First America Financial Services in Ontario, California.
An accomplished author and thought leader, Dr. Kusi-Nsiah has written several books on financial literacy, leadership, personal transformation, and family development, including FinTech Revolution, From Planning to Prosperity, The Paycheck Trap, From Brokenness to Wholeness, and Parenting with Purpose. She has also published scholarly articles in internationally recognized academic journals.
Beyond her executive leadership, Dr. Kusi-Nsiah serves on several boards and governance committees, providing strategic oversight in finance, audit, governance, and institutional development. She is a Board Member of Hope Channel Ghana, a Board Member of Ghana Adventist Health Services, and Board Secretary of Adventist Heritage Co-operative Fund Ltd.
